Supri started as a tiny trailer and a lot of heart. Now it's Fresno's favorite place to slow down, sip something made with real care, and stay a little longer than you planned.
The trailer dream
Nishi had no idea how to drive her tiny trailer — but she had a stubborn belief that a great drink and a warm welcome could build something real. That belief became Supri's bright home on Copper Avenue in Fresno.
Small-batch, big intention
Our espresso blend — South American and East African beans — is roasted by Sauvie Island Coffee Roasters, a woman-owned Portland roastery. We use Producers premium dairy, because silky foam is never a detail worth skipping.
More than a menu
Boba, crepes sweet or savory (the Pesto Brunch Bloom has its own little following), house-made cream tops, and a test kitchen always spinning something new. Even the pickiest guest finds their thing.
Still here. Still yours.
Nishi still greets guests at the door and walks first-timers through the menu. Rooted in Fresno, built for everyone — your place to pause and stay bright.
